never jodge a book by its cover

I think first impressions are very important because they say important things about a person, for example, one day I met my cousin's boyfriend, and he had an ugly appearance because when I saw him he had a very bohemian look. He had orange hair and wore jeans that were very broken and had many earrings. Then the first thing I thought was why? My cousin had been interested in this guy. But then I remembered the saying 'never judge a book by its cover. So I went to talk to him to see what kind of person he was. And it turned out that he was a very funny, and loved to laugh and was very friendly and intelligent. So immediately I saw that, that was what my cousin looked at him. She looked inside him and left behind the appearance of the guy. That day I learned a lot of appearances and that no matter how you dress or do you see. Does not matter if people talk bad about you because you really can be a great person.
This is a clear example of why the first impressions are so important especially when you are about to met the parents of your girl friend (parents in law) there is where you need to do your best because they want a great couple for their daughter.
Also being on time when you are meeting someone for the first time plan to be a few minutes early, and don not make excuses like oh! ‘Sorry there was a lot of traffic’ no you always need to be prepared. And remember arriving early is much better than arriving late. That is the first step of creating a great first impression. Also be yourself because if you try to be someone else maybe some people like you but you we're really that person. So always be yourself.
Present yourself appropriately the key to a good impression is to present yourself appropriately. Of course physical appearance matters. The person you are meeting for the first time does not know you and your appearance is usually the first clue he or she has to go on. Be positive Your attitude shows through in everything you do. Project a positive attitude, even in the face of criticism or in the case of nervousness. Strive to learn from your meeting and to contribute appropriately, maintaining an upbeat manner and a smile.

I grew up with my two brothers, Juan Andres and Pablo Javier, and since I were small I do all kinds of things with them, we always played soccer together and also enjoyed time with all our friends who were more than welcome to our home to play and have a great time. Well! One day, one friend of my oldest brother challenge my middle brother to jump with his bike on a big bridge that we all build on that precise moment, the bet was that if my brother Pablo jumps through the bridge he keeps a hundred quetzals that our friend was going to give him that for my brother at the age of 12 a 100 quetzals was a lot of money. So my brother agree, I think that my brother did not think it very well and he only interested in the money, At the beginning it didn’t seems that dangerous so my other brother and I didn’t tell him anything, the first thing that we thought with my other brother was that the bridge that we make was very strong and that it was not going to collapse that easy. So my brother Pablo was ready to jump and he take a big swing and started to go faster and faster until he get on the bridge, well my other brother and I were right the bridge did hold on, but when my brother arrives to the ground his bike collapse and he didn’t have the control to grab the helm and he felt on the ground at that time the road was not paver so it has a lot of little rocks and a lot of dust and dirt. At that time I was like 8 years old and Pablo was 12, so when he felt he was drag like 5 meters long with his face in contact with the ground, so when he stand up and we saw him, his face was all cover of blood and he was all scratch on his face and arms, on the field in which all this happen we were like 10 persons, that was my cousins, my brother and I and the rest were friends, the first impression of all of us was like if we had seen a ghost. I remember that I saw the faces of my brother and all of us and it was shocking we were pale and extremely cold and terrified. The first thing that we do was call my parents and tell them that Pablo felt and that he was very injure, so they run out of the house to help us and we notice that Pablo was having problems to breath so we take him home and we wash all his scratches and injures because my mom is a doctor and know all this kind of things, and we call my uncle that is a very good doctor and has been our pediatrician always.he tell us to take him to the hospital so all the family and friends get on the cars and we go to the hospital so when we arrive all the doctors that my mom know that some are family attend us very quickly, and they examine my brother and see all his injures and notice that my brother has two ribs broken and a lot of tiny rocks inside his skin of the face so they have to operate him , the operation was kind of intense for my brother because the doctors had to take every single rock that was on his skin with pins and all kind of instruments and when the doctors finish the operation my brother had to take care like for 1 month without doing anything like any hard movement. And the injures of his face were healing with the time but it was a very hard thing for him and us, at the end of all ,that friend of ours never ask him anyone to do something like that again when everything was over and all get to normal we celebrate that my brother was alive. And we continue our lives. I think that I remember all this because it was something very shocking that impact on my life and i am very grateful with god because every thing was good at the end of all because my brother is still with us.

weather

Each person depends on a type of weather. For example here in Guatemala we have an excellent climate thanks to our four seasons, no matter what month of the year we are because we always have the eternal spring all around us. That's because our beautiful city has lots of flora and fauna that gives life to the country. It all depends on what department you are because if you're in one that is close to the coast will be warmer than one that is far from the coast. It all depends on how high you are. That is why some countries like Costa Rica, Honduras, and Belize are so hot. this type of climate is good for some things like water sports, go to the beach, but not good to grow food, is why it is better preserved in countries that are offshore that is why Guatemala is perfect to live because it is not so hot or cold. Is why we are called the land of eternal spring Guatemala City is perfect for harvesting because we have the best climate to live. Fruits and vegetables are better preserved here in Guatemala than in other countries like the U.S. because here in Guatemala we have a tropical climate you could say that Guatemala is a paradise and that would be the best country to live. to be a good person all depends on what environment you grew up. The only bad thing is the uncertainty in Guatemala for all the bad people around us that steal from good people and the lack of education that's bad because kids are growing up with ignorance and a bad environment. There is also much visual pollution for example all the garbage that is lying on the streets, in these times on this year (2011) we had the bad luck that was election year and the streets are full of junk advertising that will not be removed in good time. is also known that some medical problems such as shortness of breath is controlled the weather for example a person who has any of these conditions can not go to the coast because it would be very difficult to breathe because of the height and pressure this would cause the person's body a blood pressure that would lead this person to a heart attack. That is why some people have to keep on the boundary of the coast so they will not suffer any change in the body. Climate (weather) can cause pulmoniares diseases because of the allergies that a living being attracts. Such as when there is high humidity humans suffer from allergies. There are also many animals that grow due to moisture such as mites and when there is an old house sometimes preserves the droppings of bats that cause eye allergies. That is why people should be careful and see what kind of weather is living. There are also many places where the climate is very dry and causes dehydration problems is why Guatemala is perfect to live.
